This Privacy Policy describes how Flowfellow, operated by PE SERHII PERVUN, an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine ("Flowfellow," "we," or "us"), collects, uses, and safeguards your personal information when you interact with our website and services. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you fill out forms, make payments, or communicate with us. This may include:

  • name;
  • email address;
  • phone number;
  • billing details (for payments via bank transfer or agreed methods);
  • project-related data, files, and content you share with us.

We do not collect sensitive personal information. We do not purchase data or receive user data from third parties.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • deliver our design, development, and related services;
  • communicate with you about your projects, deliverables, and updates;
  • manage billing, invoicing, and payments;
  • improve our website, user experience, and internal operations;
  • send occasional updates about our services (you can opt out at any time);
  • fulfill legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Legal Basis

We only process your personal data where we have a valid legal basis under applicable law, including:

  • your consent;
  • performance of a contract;
  • compliance with a legal obligation;
  • our legitimate business interests.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We measure how this site is used in two ways, and the two are treated differently.

Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views, where visitors arrived from, which country and device they used, and how quickly pages loaded. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and never identifies individuals — the figures only ever exist in aggregate. Because it puts nothing on your device, it runs for every visit without asking, on the basis of our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site works. For the same reason we cannot pick one person's visits out of the total and remove them, since nothing in the data says who anyone is. If you would rather not be counted at all, blocking static.cloudflareinsights.com in your browser or content blocker stops it completely, and you are welcome to raise any concern with us at team@flowfellow.com.

Google Analytics 4 is more detailed and does use cookies — the _ga family, which last up to two years — along with your approximate location, device and browser. It never receives your name, email, or anything that identifies you personally. It runs only if you allow it. The first time you visit, a banner asks: you can accept, reject, or open Preferences and decide category by category. Nothing from Google loads until you press one of those buttons, so closing the banner without answering leaves it switched off. Note that inside Preferences the analytics switch starts in the on position — turn it off before saving if you would rather it did not run.

Your choice is kept in your browser's local storage under "ff-cookie-consent", not in a cookie, and the Cookies link in the footer of every page reopens the dialog so you can change it at any time. Rejecting does more than stop future page loads: it deletes the Google Analytics cookies already in your browser and switches the tag off for the rest of the session.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as a rejection, record it, and do not show you the banner.

5. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

We use Google Analytics 4 (traffic statistics, only after you accept cookies), Cloudflare (hosting, security and cookieless traffic statistics), Sanity (the content system behind this site) and Calendly (call booking — if you book a call, the details you enter go to Calendly). For client work we also use Slack and ClickUp, and third-party payment processors for invoices. These providers have access only as needed to perform tasks on our behalf and are contractually obligated to safeguard your data. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. After your project is completed or your engagement with us ends, we retain data for up to 12 months unless legally required to keep it longer. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including encrypted communication channels, secure file storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Minors

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate data;
  • request deletion of your data;
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • request data portability;
  • withdraw consent at any time.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) apply in full. 10. International Data Transfers

Flowfellow is based in Ukraine. Your data may be processed in Ukraine or other countries where our team and tools operate, including the United States (for services like Slack, ClickUp, Google Analytics, and payment processors). By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your data to these locations. We rely on standard contractual obligations and industry-standard security measures to ensure your data is protected regardless of where it is processed.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
